I love when people have a breakthrough in their eating habits, movement, or abilities. Helping people move better and feel better is incredibly rewarding for me.

Accomplished. The goal of every session may not be to work to exhaustion or to have sore muscles; every session will have a purpose which will progress you toward your goals.

Outside of the class you teach/coach/train, what is your favorite way to experience fitness, sport and/ or adventure? 
I have developed a passion for bodybuilding in recent years, however I also enjoy martial arts, snowboarding, and skateboarding.

One fun fact about you OR what is your "go to cheat" treat or meal? 
I can't say 'No' to peanut butter. I eat it by the spoonful, and I put it on everything. It's also rare that I will turn a cookie away.

personal training?

I love the relationships and trust that I build with my clients and watching them build their confidence in their ability to do challenging things.

STRONG and CAPABLE – my goal is always to help my clients feel like they can tackle any obstacle that comes their way, whether that’s finishing their first race or making it through the marathon of bedtime with little kids!

Outside of the class you teach/coach/train, what is your favorite way to
experience fitness, sport and/ or adventure?

I love running, swimming and spending as much time outside as possible (especially in the Summer). I always plan to run a few races each season to push myself. I’m a former triathlete – prior to becoming a mom of 2 boys – and hope to get back into triathlon soon!

One fun fact about you OR what is your "go to cheat" treat or meal?
I’m a 2x Ironman triathlon finisher (in Arizona and Mont Tremblant) and chocolate will win me over every time.

What is it that you love about teaching group fitness/ Personal training OR Why did yo​u start to teach group fitness/ personal training?
I love to help others in any way I can, so with personal training, it is such a rewarding feeling to be able to help my clients reach their fitness goals. Watching my clients reach their goals and seeing their transformations is also extremely rewarding for me and is one of the reasons I started personal training. I had my own trainers growing up and seeing how much  personal training benefited me in my sport performance and helped me reach my own goals, really inspired me to want to help others and watch them achieve their goals!

Proud of what you were able to accomplish, and motivated to keep progressing and getting closer to your goals every session!

Outside of the class you teach/coach/train, what is your favorite way to experience fitness, sport and/ or adventure?I love snowboarding! I also love doing water activities at the lake in the summer and going hiking and biking!

One fun fact about you OR what is your "go to cheat" treat or meal?Fun fact: I’m a 3x Ladies Provincial Motocross Champion, and raced at all the Canadian nationals in 2021.

Outside of the class you teach/coach/train, what is your favorite way to experience fitness, sport and/ or adventure? 
I am an avid hunter so from Sept-Jan I am out in the wilderness as many days as I can. I work hard every year to ensure the freezer is full of meat that I have procured.

One fun fact about you OR what is your "go to cheat" treat or meal? 
I don't believe in 'Cheat' or 'Treat' meals as we are not dogs and should never punish or reward ourselves with food. I have a huge passion for cooking, so the kitchen is one of my happy places. Don't ask what my go-to dish is because I feel that if someone has a go-to dish, they don't know how to cook.

The sport of powerlifting is my passion and outlet - I’ve been competing for 12 years and counting!

Martial Arts has been a life-long passion of mine. Couple that with getting a chance to hike in Calgary and explore all of the beautiful trails.

What is it that you love about Personal Training OR Why did you start Personal Training?

I started personal training to show & teach people it is possible to make a change. I come from a household that didn't exercise nor understand nutrition. We would just eat until there was nothing left... With the help of coaching and education on what I was putting in my body I made a change for myself and it was the best thing I have ever done. I've gone from sport performance training for football to losing 100 lbs and bodybuilding. 

Now I train in Olympic weightlifting which is the most technical aspect of training there is. So whether you are looking to lose weight, be pain-free for longevity of a happy life, or want to learn how to Olympic lift, I have you covered!

Feeling stimulated and happy from a fun session, Learning how to activate muscles properly, walking out better than when you came in, and with a smile on your face!


Outside of the class you teach/coach/train, what is your favourite way to experience fitness, sport, and/or adventure?

Outside of training, you can find me taking my dogs out to the mountains, walks, and dog park adventures.  


I also love anything related to sports, mainly Football and Hockey. 

During the Summer, I love to go out golfing, and the winter takes me to the mountains for some snowboarding.

Why did I start Personal Training?: I began personal training to help others find the beauty in self development. After undergoing my own transformation both physically and mentally, I fell in love with the grind of reaching for one's full potential. I fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding during the early stages of my fitness transformation and have never looked back! Prior to that, I was an avid basketball player and still enjoy a good intramural scrimmage. When it comes to summer, you'll always find me at the nearest lake for a swim!

Why did you start Personal Training?

I have always been involved in high level sport from a young age, therefore human performance & health has always intrigued me. As my journey progressed through high school and university, I spent many hours working in various healthcare settings revolving around rehab, trauma medicine, sports medicine and orthopedics with intentions of pursuing a career in medicine. After my time in the healthcare system, it was obvious to me that I wanted to work with individuals who want to better themselves through exercise and more conservative methods of therapy/rehabilitation rather than jumping to the "quick" fixes of pharmaceutical and/or surgical intervention which often don't provide a long-term solution.


When you attend one of my training sessions you will leave feeling …

Accomplished that you made the decision to do something positive for your body and brain. Investing in your health will have long-lasting effects that will spread across every aspect of your life.


Outside of the class you teach/coach/train, what is your favourite way to experience fitness, sport, and/or adventure?

Outside of training you can probably find me with my dogs partaking in outdoor adventures whether it be hiking, camping, walks or splashing around in the river.

In addition, to my experience in the rehab/general health realm of training. I have an extensive background in strength & conditioning with youth and athletic populations from various sport backgrounds.
